However, on specific dates such as Christmas (very propitious on the other hand for business gifts) there may be some additional delay. This is because the Ecospheres are produced to order so that they arrive "fresh" to the customer. And although the productive capacity is high, the problem lies in the shipments, which must be interrupted on days when the temperature is below 5ºC, because very cold temperatures endanger the life of the shrimp. But we reiterate that in general there are usually no problems, although in the case of living beings it is important to bear in mind that something unforeseen can always happen, because they cannot be stored as if they were any merchandise. In any case we will try to adapt to your needs as much as possible.

The production laboratory usually has a heavier workload then, so that if the order has been placed in advance it is easier to guarantee that production will take place and delivery can be made in relatively short times.
The Ecospheres are produced to order and although the productive capacity is high, the problem lies in the shipments, which must be interrupted on days when the temperature is below 5ºC, because very cold temperatures endanger the life of the shrimp, reason why in some cases shipments should be delayed for a few days. On the other hand, in the case of customizations (printed logos, etc.), it is advisable to order 4-6 weeks in advance.
In short, if it is organized with a minimum of advance notice and foresight there should be no problems, but if it is done at the last minute, we depend a little more on the circumstances.
Regarding prices, the PVP for customers is the price that is marked on the Web for each model.
In your case, of course we could do some kind of special price, especially for larger quantities. We know that it is a premium product (with exceptions made in promotions and fairs such as PSI) and a very important part of the price of the product has to do with the logistics of its transport (it must be fast, but at the same time it is heavy merchandise and fragile) which implies that if shipments are optimized we can reduce costs and therefore provide better prices. To the prices of the Ecospheres, the costs of product customization should be added, and these could be:

Product customization: logo or inscription through laser, pad printing or serigraphy on a pedestal.
Pedestal (or base) and depending on the type of pedestal.
Custom boxes (price to study)
Other proposals, thus offering a complete solution tailored to the needs

The easiest and fastest way is to prepare a personalized base or pedestal for the Ecosphere, (for example, methacrylate) where it is easy to insert a logo. In this way, it is something more durable, which always remains with the ecosphere. Thus, if the user wants to change it for another one in the future, they can keep the pedestal with the logo or image of the company.
