4. When should I make the purchase?

Ecospheres and Ornarium: As these are products that contain living beings, work is done on request in such a way that the laboratory will produce the ecosphere on demand. In this way, the ecosystem will arrive "fresh" or recently assembled, thus avoiding unnecessary stocking. Despite the fact that our laboratory produces and ships every week, it is advisable to place the order as soon as possible to avoid waiting or delays (especially in times of greatest demand) and indicate us, in the observations field when placing the order, the date desired delivery. By following these guidelines, we usually guarantee on-time delivery.
Other products: As they do not contain life inside, delivery is usually almost immediate (usually we have them in stock). However, if you wish, you can indicate the desired delivery date to try to adjust as much as possible.

5. Do you want to know why we do not accept cash on delivery?

We do not accept cash on delivery for the Ecosphere because it is special merchandise (living beings) that must be sent by express courier services, which must be handled meticulously and we must also be sure that the client will receive it. We make shipments according to weather conditions and we cannot allow the Ecosphere not to be received and to be returned or retained in a courier office after several days in the dark. In any case, you have three payment methods:

6. Why does the payment have to be in advance?

As they are living beings, we do not accept returns due to withdrawal. Returns will only be accepted for warranty or shipping problems concerning us. In addition, the production laboratory produces each unit by hand and individually and to order, so advance payment is necessary to start production.
