If you want it to be delivered any day (Monday) in the morning or on Saturday, you must make the purchase by bank transfer and pay an additional €10 to the amount indicated on the website (morning delivery) or an additional €15 (if delivery is made on Saturday) and indicate in the comments field that you want delivery at that time and/or day or by sending us an email by clicking here .

Ecospheres and Ornarium: As these are products that contain living beings, work is done on request in such a way that the laboratory will produce the ecosphere on demand. In this way, the ecosystem will arrive "fresh" or recently assembled, thus avoiding unnecessary stocking. Despite the fact that our laboratory produces and ships every week, it is advisable to place the order as soon as possible in order to avoid waiting or delays (especially in times of greater demand) and indicate us, in the observations field when placing the order, the date desired delivery. By following these guidelines, we usually guarantee on-time delivery.
Other products: As they do not contain life inside, delivery is usually almost immediate (usually we have them in stock). However, if you wish, you can indicate the desired delivery date to try to adjust as much as possible.

The delivery time is immediate (except for severe cold/heat waves) and always after confirmation of payment.
Shipments are made from Monday to Thursday every week, to avoid weekends and delivery is carried out during the day before 7:00 p.m., so it is important that there is someone at the address provided to receive the commodity. In the event of an incident with the delivery, the courier company will try to contact you at the telephone numbers provided.

You will be informed of the exact delivery date by e-mail, 1-2 days before the delivery date.
If you wish to receive the order on a specific or special date (for kings, Santa Claus, birthdays, anniversaries, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.), please indicate it in the observations field. (it will appear when placing the order on the Web), so that we can follow your instructions.

If the package (Ecosphere), once received, is going to remain unopened for more than 3 days, it is recommended to open the box and remove it so that it can shine. Later when it is going to be given away, introduce it again. It's simple, it takes 30 seconds.

True to our total quality policy, shipments are made through first-rate express courier companies (Mrw/Nacex/Seur), however on specific dates such as Christmas there may be some delay beyond our control.

For shipments outside of Spain or Portugal, consult additional transport prices, since the prices indicated only include Spain and Continental Portugal.
The expenses and documents that may be required in countries or areas with customs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Regarding the packaging of the Ecospheres:
All our ecospheres are handled by qualified personnel and packed in special shockproof and temperature insulating boxes. Additionally, in cold times, a heating bag (warmer) will be added as an additional security measure.

We thank you for your interest in our product. In principle, the limitation is not in terms of production capacity, which is quite high, but in delivery times, which take place around 1 or 2 weeks after the order, under normal conditions (4-6 weeks approx. with customizations). However, on specific dates such as Christmas (very propitious on the other hand for business gifts) there may be some additional delay. This is because the Ecospheres are produced to order so that they arrive "fresh" to the customer. And although the productive capacity is high, the problem lies in the shipments, which must be interrupted on days when the temperature is below 5ºC, because very cold temperatures endanger the life of the shrimp. But we reiterate that in general there are usually no problems, although in the case of living beings it is important to bear in mind that something unforeseen can always happen, because they cannot be stored as if they were any merchandise.
